OKEE are currently working on a Hyperscale 16 MW data centre for a blue-chip American company through our partnership with Winthrop.

This project is OKEE first step in to the full contractor model with a complete supply and install of services on the project on a fixed price contract basis for the following elements:

• Primary and secondary containment

• General service wiring and final fix

• Lighting wiring and final fix

• Central battery emergency system

• Fire-alarm installation including wiring and final fix

• High and low level vesda and xtrallais pipe sampling systems

• Addressable network fire detection system

• Pava system
   

OKEE are also providing BIM modelling support to Winthrop throughout the project
