OKEE are currently carrying out the complete install on a labour only fixed price contract of Levels 1-6 on the new ESB HQ known as Project Fitzwilliam on Baggot street Dublin in partnership with Jones Engineering Group.

The project consisted of almost 25,000sq feet of Grade A office space. OKEE were responsible for the following elements:

• Primary and secondary containment

• General service wiring and final fix

• Lighting and emergency wiring and final fix

• Fire-alarm installation including wiring and final fix

• Underfloor busbar tracks

• BMS wiring and final connection to all mechanical

• Security systems

• Installation of all boards

OKEE also carried out the full Sub-Mains installation for the project across all floors.
