OK Electrics Ltd began work in December 2016 for Winthrop and it was completed in August 2017 with currently 40-50 operatives working on it.  OK Electrics Ltd completed the full electrical installation on Phase 1 and Phase 2 which included four separate data halls.

The electrical installation includes the Internal and External Bus Duct System, Specialist Lighting and general services and Multi level containment systems. It also included Static Switches and RPP Plant Placement and Multi level early warning vesda and complete fire alarm systems. The works related to the E-Mods, generator and transformer set up.
