Work began on the new Hampton by Hilton at London Stansted Airport in December 2015. It has 7 floors with 357 bedrooms in total, including a large bar and reception area on the ground floor with direct terminal access to the airport, making it the largest Hampton By Hilton in Europe. 

 

OK Electrics Ltd began the full electrical installation of the project for Michael Nugents Ltd in September 2016 with the project completed by July 2017 which lead to the hotel opening a month earlier than expected in August 2017. OK Electrics Ltd started the job with 8 operatives, moving to 11 operatives at its busiest.
