The 120-room property which is on Exchange Street Upper near the Temple Bar district, opened its doors in February 2020.

 

OK Electrics Ltd began the full electrical installation of the project for Michael Nugents Ltd in November 2018 with the project completed in February 2020. OK Electrics Ltd started the job with 1 operative, moving to  approximately 25 operatives at its busiest.
